Aug 30: The Director of the Public Authority for Manpower, Ahmed Al-Mousa announced that a circular was issued to facilitate the owners of small and medium enterprises in light of the current circumstances, to allow labor transfer registered on small and medium enterprises (SME) to work for the owner of another small and medium enterprise (SME), within the limits of a maximum of three workers registered on the file, without the requirement to attach a wage transfer certificate until the end of the current year provided that the file of the SME is not suspended.
